calderaguard provides comprehensive technical assistance including antivirus configuration, malware eradication, and proactive monitoring services. We're committed to the 24/7 technical support of your systems, but please note that our liability is limited to the functionality of the software we manage. Our network security audits are snapshots in time. Threats evolve. We believe constant vigilance is the only way to stay ahead.
Why choose a dedicated partner? Because automated tools alone cannot replace human intuition in high-stakes threat detection.
Data Privacy
We'll never share your proprietary data without explicit consent. Your digital safety is paramount. We use industry-specific encryption for all remote assistance sessions.
Uptime & SLAs
Our goal is 99.9% availability for monitoring services. Unexpected downtime happens occasionally, but our incident response team usually mitigates issues within 2 hours.
Termination
Don't feel trapped. You can cancel your monthly subscription with 30 days' notice. We aim to keep you through quality service, not restrictive contracts.
Liability & Indemnification
In today's complex threat landscape, no security measure is 100% foolproof. While calderaguard employs cutting-edge threat detection, we cannot be held liable for losses resulting from user-end negligence or zero-day exploits outside our software's known definitions. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for services during the preceding 6 months. It's about shared responsibility. We'll do our part, but we need you to follow safe browsing protocols too.
